1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ANVRIC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

ANVRIC provides access to multiple AI language models through a unified interface. Users can purchase coins to use for AI queries, upload documents to a personal Context Vault, and access the ANVRIC Garden marketplace.

3. Coins and Payments

Coin Purchases: Coins are purchased at a rate of 5,000,000 coins per $1 USD.

No Expiration — Ever: Your coins never expire. Whether you use them tomorrow or ten years from now, your balance remains valid forever. There is no "use it or lose it" policy.

120-Day Cash Withdrawal: Want your money back instead? You may withdraw your unused coin balance as cash within 120 days of deposit. Minimum withdrawal is $5. After 120 days, coins can no longer be withdrawn as cash — but they remain fully usable forever.

Refunds: If an AI response is verifiably incorrect or unhelpful, you may request a refund of up to 80% of the coins spent on that query. Refunds are processed through our AI verification system.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ANVRIC to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to circumvent security measures
Abuse the refund system with fraudulent claims
Resell or redistribute AI outputs commercially without permission

5. ANVRIC Garden Publishers

Publishers who create Vaults or Spaces retain ownership of their original content. By publishing on ANVRIC Garden, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content through the platform. Publishers earn 75-90% of revenue from their published content, depending on their tier.

6. AI Limitations

AI models may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. ANVRIC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Always verify important information independently. Our refund system is designed to compensate for clear errors, not differences in opinion or interpretation.

7. Intellectual Property

ANVRIC and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ANVRIC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to your Context Vault.

8. Limitation of Liability

ANVRIC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
