By using ANVRIC, you agree to the following terms. Last updated: March 2026.

1. Virtual Currency[5]

→ANVRIC operates on a virtual coin system. Exchange rate: 1,000,000 coins = $1 USD.
→Purchased coins never expire. Use them today, next year, or in a decade.
→You may request a cash withdrawal of unused purchased coins within 120 days of purchase.
→Minimum withdrawal amount: 5,000,000 coins ($5).
→Bonus coins (from interest or promotions) and transferred coins are not withdrawable.

→Query costs are calculated dynamically based on the AI model used, query complexity, and domain risk.
→Markup ranges from 15% to 80% over the base API cost.
→You will always see the estimated coin cost before confirming a query.

→Creators publishing Spaces or Vaults on the ANVRIC Garden are entitled to a revenue share.
→Starter (Individual/Unverified): 70% to creator.
→Growth (Team/Verified): 75% to creator.
→Pro (Org/University/Enterprise): 80% to creator.
→Earnings are placed in a 7-day escrow before becoming available for withdrawal.

→If an AI response is verifiably wrong, hallucinated, or unhelpful, you may request a refund.
→For Safe and Standard tasks: refund equals the full base API cost (ANVRIC retains only its markup).
→For Critical tasks (repo-level coding, legal): refund covers 60% of base API cost after manual review.
→Tasks exceeding 4 hours (Toxic tier) are uninsured — use Milestone Chunking to break them into insured steps.
→Consistent usage history unlocks faster, automatic refund approvals.

→We do not train foundation models on your private Context Vault data.
→You retain full ownership of all data uploaded to your vault.
→Encryption and PII scanning are powered by Google Cloud Platform (KMS + DLP).
→Deleting data from your vault permanently removes it from our vector databases.

→You agree not to use the platform for generating malicious code or cyberattacks.
→Unauthorized mass scraping of other users' published Vaults is prohibited.
→Publishing copyrighted material you do not own into public Shared Vaults is prohibited.
→Attempting to reverse-engineer the dynamic pricing engine is prohibited.
